The owners of Triple Play Car Wash and Quick Lube in Attleboro, Mass. are looking for investors to raise capital to develop a second location.  Triple Play is a highly successful multiple facilities carwash and is the 5th highest volume Mobil/Exxon site in the country.

The stakeholders plan to develop a second "pride-of-ownership" facility that would include high-volume self-service gasoline, branded convenience store, drive-through express coffee and high-volume express exterior carwash.

The initial capitalization for this venture is $3.0 million based on an enterprise value exceeding $7.0 million.  The anticipated approximate combined return on investment would equal 20% per year or more.  The minimum investment is $250,000.
