The results of this work are used to identify an objective strategy and recommend various tactics the owner can use to address concerns and issues and achieve the stated goals and objectives.
We then work with the owner to develop a plan of action, implementation budget and performance measures.
We prepare a written report that contains our analysis, findings, recommendations and supporting documents.
We remain available to the owner for follow-up to help implement strategy and tactics and make adjustments as necessary.
